The Off-road Triathlon is an alternative multisport event that features 2 miles of kayaking, 16 miles of mountain biking, and 6 miles of trail running. There is also a duathlon option with a 2.5 mile run instead of the kayaking, and there is a 2 or 3 person relay option.
After considering different dates and locations we’re back at Yankee Springs on November 8.

Kayaks will be available for your use. You will also have the option of bringing your own kayak.

Aid stations: There will be an aid station at the start/finish/transition area, 3 on the bike course, and 3 on the run course. All aid stations will have water and Gatorade.

Relay option: You have the option of doing this triathlon as a 2 or 3 person relay or the duathlon as a 2 person relay. The basic race fee is the same for relay teams and individuals. For relay teams, the team captain registers the team and pays the race fee. Additional team members will then be invited to register themselves and will only have to pay for their shirts and insurance.
