FALL FESTIVAL
The seventh annual Yankee Springs Fall Trail Run Festival is on the schedule for October 5, 2024. You'll have three distances to choose from: 10k(ish), 25k, and 50k. The race will start and finish at the Deep Lake Campground.

The Course
The courses use most of the same beautiful rolling single track trails as our spring and winter races. There will be a 10k loop (actually closer to 7 miles) and a 25k loop. The 50k is the 25k loop twice.
Aid Stations
There will be one aid station on the 10k loop and four on the 25k course. They will serve water, Gatorade, and a variety of sweet and salty snack foods.
Pacers
50k runners are allowed to have pacers on the second lap. There will be a waiver at the registration table for pacers to sign. Pacers are welcome to aid station food. To avoid confusion with the timing we ask is that pacers step off the course before the finish line.
Camping
Yankee Springs State Recreation Area has two campgrounds. Rustic camping is available at the Deep Lake Campground near the start/finish. If you prefer a modern campground, check out the Gun Lake Campground. To reserve a site at either campground go to the DNR website.
Parking
Parking for the race will be in the Deep Lake Campground near the start finish.
Race fees
Race fees include a long sleeve tech shirt, Please register by September 15 to be guaranteed a shirt.
